Pre and Post Race Acknowledgements
AOTV will thank sponsors two weeks prior, leading up to the race, and two weeks after in promotional spots on television (Channel 1301, live online), radio (105.9FM, live online), and Facebook reel. Sponsors will also be thanked with their logo displayed on the AOTV website and Facebook.
Canoe Race Coverage
Sponsors will be thanked in our open and close video for the live broadcast, year-long replay, and on-demand version of the River Rat Race available from our website and Cablecast Roku app.
River Rat Parade/Big Cheese 5k
Sponsors will be thanked in our open video for the live broadcast and replay of the Big Cheese 5K and River Rat Parade.
Friday Night Drawing
Sponsors will be thanked in our open and close video for the live broadcast and race-day morning replay of the River Rat Race Friday Night Drawing ceremony.
Awards Ceremony
Sponsors will be thanked in our open and close video for all airings and on-demand versions of the River Rat Race award ceremony.
3+ Pre-Race Programs NEW
AOTV will produce highlights, new interviews and other programming with racers, boat makers, and organizers of the Big Cheese 5k, River Rat Parade, and River Rat Race prior to the race itself. These programs will be broadcast on channel 1301, available on-demand, and shared on social media for the weeks prior and after the River Rat Race. Sponsors will be thanked in the open and close of all broadcasts and on-demand versions of these programs.
Pre-Roll for Radio Stream and Video On-Demand
From two weeks prior to the race, to two weeks after – Sponsors will be thanked in the pre-roll video aired for all AOTV programs on-demand, as well as the pre-roll audio clip that airs when a listener connects to WVAO online.
